Project SAPREN
Slovak Afghan Partnership in Renewable Energy
SAPREN project was created based on the opportunity to use the Slovak Republic’s state support of export for Afghanistan focused on the construction of renewable energy sources for the public sector of the country. The sun as a renewable energy source can cover several times the country's current energy consumption. Therefore the construction of photovoltaic power plants and solar thermal sources is a very attractive and interesting area for developing the cooperation in advancement of these resources. The offer of experiences, products and solutions with an interesting financial model is in potentially attractive environment with human resources and in economically developing country, therefore it is the winning opportunity for long-term and successful partnership.
